Maureen L. Caldwell, DPM, MBA, FACFAS, CWS

Originally from Canada, Dr. Caldwell attended podiatric medical school at the Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Iowa. She also earned her MBA at Texas Tech University, The Rawls College of Business in Lubbock, Texas. During her time in podiatric medical school, she was involved in the Delta Honor Society, the American Podiatric Medical Student’s Association, as well as the American Association for Women Podiatrists. After graduating in 1996, she completed a two year residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Dr. Caldwell specializes in Wound Care and Diabetic Foot Care.
Dr. Caldwell is a Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, certified in Foot Surgery; a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons; a member of the Texas Podiatric Medical Association; a Diplomate of the American Board of Wound Management, having earned her Certified Wound Specialist (CWS) certification; and a Fellow of the American Professional Wound Care Association, certified in Wound Care.
Dr. Caldwell has resided in Iowa for 24 years. She is married with 4 children and 2 grandchildren. In her spare time, Dr. Caldwell enjoys golfing and travel.
Andrew J. Young, DPM, FACFAS

Dr. Young attended podiatric medical school at Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, graduating in 1999. After graduating, he completed two years of residency training at Cook County Hospital in Chicago and Westview Hospital in Indianapolis. Dr. Young has a special interest in treating children and sports injuries.
Dr. Young is a Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, certified in Foot Surgery; a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons; an Associate of the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine; and a member of the Texas Podiatric Medical Association. He has been in practice since 2001.
Dr. Young coaches youth soccer and is involved with Trinity Episcopal Church. He has been a Victoria City Council Member for Super District 5 since 2013. He is married with 3 children.
Taylor N. Saucier, DPM, AACFAS
Dr. Taylor Saucier is a compassionate podiatric physician dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients in south Texas and beyond. A former NCAA D1 goalkeeper for Texas A&M University, Dr. Saucier graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences and a Minor in Psychology, and brings the same drive and discipline to her medical practice that she displayed on the field.
She graduated as Salutatorian from the Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine, where she was a three-time Merit Scholarship recipient and a member of the Pi Delta National Podiatric Honor Society. Upon graduation, she was honored with both the Thomas V. Melillo, DPM Memorial Award and the Michael L. Stone, DPM Outstanding Professional Conduct Award. She then completed a rigorous three-year residency at HCA Houston Healthcare West, serving as Chief Resident. This intensive training allowed her to further enhance her education and expertise in the complex treatment of the foot and ankle.
Board Qualified in both Foot and Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery, and an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery, Dr. Saucier specializes in all aspects of pathology. Her clinical interests include sports medicine, bunions, hammertoes, trauma, ankle and heel pain, pediatrics, ingrown toenails, diabetic foot care, and wound care. She prides herself on a patient-centered approach, offering a full array of both surgical and non-surgical options to ensure every individual is an informed participant in their healthcare journey.
Outside the Clinic: When she isn't serving as co-chair of the Young Physicians Committee for the Texas Podiatric Medical Association, Dr. Saucier is an avid scuba diver and world traveler. Whether she's exploring the Texas food scene or attending a Texas A&M sporting event, she remains deeply committed to her community. Gig 'em!
